The Buzz about Warehouse 215

The exterior is an interesting hint of what waits inside. Tall ceilings and exposed brick are the norm in this expansive space that has that single luxury … space. Seeing the city’s skyline immediately behind you creates an unusual juxtaposition between the quiet inside and the expanding city outside.

Our Best of the Capitol Awards party was a huge success and our guests commented on how they enjoyed being. Extraordinary customer service was provided every step of the way from initial planning to the event that night. It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend as an outstanding event venue.

The former warehouse has the airy feeling and concrete floors of a So-Ho-style gallery.

Couples looking to add an urban-chic spin on their ceremony are finding what they want in the city core. Among the different and architecturally diverse venues in the Warehouse District. The space originally housed a commercial linen laundry company dating back to 1918, and it still recalls a time when this neighborhood was a bustling commercial hub of produce, ice and textile warehouse spaces. Original brickwork and exposed wooden beams are just some of the distinct architectural details.

Formerly a linen laundry, the transformed space quite simply has character, from original brick walls to the high clerestory windows that shed light on the huge, airy spaces.

We had the BEST wedding venue ever!!! It was so nice to have the Bentley as an option for a wedding- it beats the usual clubhouse/hotel venue we are faced with in AZ. The team was wonderful and easy to work with and made getting married easy!

There’s plenty of light and air, concrete floors and brick walls.

Just a lovely venue to hold an event. The staff was very genuine and helpful with all of my needs and answered all of my questions!

I have produced large events for 800+ in top venues from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and all across the West US. I got quite a bit a positive feedback from our parishioners on how much they loved the venue and how unique it was. It was refreshing as it was definitely unique and exciting and not in keeping with “the usual” venues one finds in Phoenix. The best part was the friendly staff. who were on a more personal level then you being just another client.  Both the Event Coordinator and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this venue and its staff to anyone seeking an exciting, out-of-the-norm event experience

This is really a unique complex!

Hosting our corporate client dinner gave our firm an opportunity to show our clients the trendy and sophisticated side of Phoenix. We had been searching for a venue with a depth of culture and history; BP allowed us to mold its art nirvana into a space that felt like our own while still embracing its character and roots. Riëtte Pretorius in particular was a delight to work with. She was accommodating, flexible, and did not fluster throughout the entire planning process. Her guidance and expertise were instrumental in creating a smooth evening despite the short (one-week) lead-time. Two words to describe our experience:  simply impressive. Our firm will definitely be returning for future events.

The staff was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Riette held my hand the whole way and kept in great contact with me and suggested the best vendors, as well. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch.  We are both so grateful for such a wonderful experience, our wedding was amazing, and our guests thought so, too!
