Warehouse 215 is one of the most versatile private event space in Phoenix, Arizona. Professionally reengineered by some of the Valley’s top architects and designers, the early 1900’s era brick façade, clerestory windows and high ceilings of this former industrial building offer a nod to the past, while modern amenities and warm interiors complete its sophisticated urban appeal.

The open floor plan is flexible and well suited for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, holiday parties, bat and bar mitzvahs, and more.

Included in our main rental is access to The Bistro Bricks Room, The Crystal Bricks Room and The Urban Garden, the perfect mix of modern and industrial. The Bistro Bricks Room and The Crystal Bricks Room are two halves of a unique whole, providing the perfect flow with plenty of space and flexibility for your event in these two inter-connected rooms. This flexible space can handle all that your imagination can create. It is truly inspiring how each client brings a unique vision to make space their own!

The Bistro Bricks Room

Seats up to 250 in 3792 sq ft

Comprising half of our main rental area, The Bistro Bricks Room’s beautifully restored bow truss wood beam ceiling and string bistro lights are sure to light up any event. This room has more blank white walls than The Crystal Bricks Room, and matched with the natural light that seeps into the room it can stand alone as a gorgeous ceremony space! More importantly, its white walls make the perfect canvas for projecting your unique vision or brand.

The Crystal Bricks Room

Seats up to 300 in 3950 sq ft

The other half of our main rental, The Crystal Bricks Room, even though larger, provides a more intimate ambiance for your event. The lighting in this room has 3 dazzling vintage chandeliers, perfectly complementing the exposed brick walls and high wood beam ceiling. Although usually used for a reception/dinner during corporate, social & wedding events, the big open space can be transformed into your dream vision for your event! The Crystal Bricks Room also has space for a stage, white walls for projecting, a charcoal statement wall for the perfect head table placement, and so much more!

The Urban Garden

Our lush greenery and gorgeous string lights make our 1500 sq ft patio the perfect accent for your event. This space is often used for cocktail hour and decorated with cocktail tables so your guests can relax and enjoy the sunset in our little downtown garden, but has endless possibilities! Small ceremonies, step and repeats, and so much more can take place in this unique outdoor space.

The Alcove

Seats up to 60 in 2500 sq ft

The newest addition here at Warehouse 215, The Alcove is made for those smaller gatherings that want to make a big impact with a uniquely special space. Perfect for 60 guests or less, The Alcove is ideal for baby showers, luncheon meetings, bridal showers, workshops, and much more! Although it is our smaller rental option, it is definitely not lacking in charm! The Alcove has the same incredible industrial feel as our other spaces, with large metal doors, airy natural light, and original brick walls. Due to its size and proximity to our larger spaces we reserve the right at the time of booking to request that events in The Alcove end by 4pm.
