Fruity Rum Punch

Sweet but also complex, and perfect for any time of the year. A sprinkle of fresh nutmeg on top compliments the molasses-like flavor of the rum.



1 oz. cranberry juice

an ounce fresh orange juice

1 oz. pineapple juice

an ounce dark rum

1 oz. gold rum

Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish



Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously and strain into a punch glass. Top with grated nutmeg.



Prickly Pear Margarita

An Arizona favorite! This tequila cocktail is quite the crowd pleaser.



2 oz. tequila

2 oz. sweet and sour mix

1 oz triple sec

an ounce lime juice

1 oz. prickly pear syrup

Coarse salt for the rim



Pour salt into a small plate. Wet the rim of a glass and dip rim into salt.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour tequila, sweet and sour mix, triple sec, lime juice, and pear syrup over ice. Cover shaker and shake drink; strain into prepared glass.



Rye Swizzle

Perfect cocktail for any winter wedding. With this delicious combination of flavors will keep you warm on a cold night in Phoenix. (the few months out of the year that it’s actually cold)



2 oz. Wild Turkey Rye

¾ oz. ginger syrup

¾ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

dash of Angostura bitters

dash of Peychaud bitters



Add first three ingredients into Highball glass, fill with crushed ice and stir. Top off with dashes of bitters and garnish with mint spring.
